The Professional Range Event (Base Promo + Package Bonus Offer)
1. Application and Promotional Communication
These National Promotion Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to national promotional program offered by MC Commercial Inc. (“MC Commercial”) in Canada to which these Terms and Conditions relate (the “Promotion”). The Promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions together with the specific terms, eligibility requirements, promotional benefits, applicable dates and other conditions set out in the applicable promotional communication (the “Promotional Communication”).
Promotional Communication includes, without limitation and as applicable to the Promotion, the Dealer Letter, Eligible Model List, program guidelines, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), web materials, social media materials, and any amendments or updates to any of the foregoing issued or approved by MC Commercial in connection with the Promotion.
The applicable Promotional Communication forms part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the applicable Promotional Communication, the terms expressly stated in the Promotional Communication shall prevail solely with respect to this Promotion.
2. Participating Dealers, Consumers and Eligible Products
This Promotion is valid only through participating authorized Canadian dealers (“Participating Dealer”) and applies to eligible products purchased by end consumers in Canada during the promotional period. Eligible products, promotional dates, and claim submission deadlines are as outlined in the applicable Promotional Communication.
3. Claim Submission and Supporting Documentation
Claims must be submitted by the Participating Dealer within the specified submission period specified in the Promotional Communication and must include all required supporting documentation, including proof of sale, qualifying product information, and any additional documentation requested by the MC Commercial to verify the eligibility and validity of the claim. Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, late, or unsupported claims may be denied.
4. Qualifying and Non-Qualifying Transactions
Claims must be based on qualifying sales to end consumers in Canada. Dealer stock purchases, inventory purchases, transfers between locations, purchases made solely to qualify for promotional benefits, commercial transactions, or other non-qualifying sales are not eligible unless expressly approved in witting by MC Commercial. The applicable Promotional Communication may establish additional qualifying or non-qualifying criteria, requirements, conditions, limitations or exclusions applicable to this Promotion.
5. Combination with Other Offers
This Promotion cannot be combined with any other MC Commercial-funded rebate, incentive, promotional allowance, or offer unless expressly authorized in writing by MC Commercial. MC Commercial reserves the right to determine promotional eligibility and resolve any conflicts between offers.
6. Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges and Ineligible Purchases
Returned, cancelled, exchanged, or otherwise ineligible purchases will not qualify for promotional reimbursement. If a claim has already been paid on a transaction that is subsequently returned, cancelled, or determined to be ineligible, MC Commercial reserves the right to recover the promotional funds from the participating dealer.
7. Verification, Audit and Anti-Fraud Measures
Participating Dealers must comply with these Terms and Conditions, the applicable Promotional Communication, claim submission requirements, and program guidelines. MC Commercial reserves the right to audit submitted claims and request additional supporting documentation. Participating Dealers who submit inaccurate, incomplete, duplicate, unsupported, or fraudulent claims, or who fail to comply with the requirements of the promotion, may have claims denied, previously approved claims recovered, and/or be restricted or disqualified from participating in future promotional programs.
8. Promotional Payments, Credits and Taxes
Promotional payments or credits will be issued only after claim approval and may be subject to applicable taxes and reporting requirements.
9. Modification, Suspension and Termination
MC Commercial reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. MC Commercial reserves final authority regarding all promotional eligibility, claim approval, and program interpretation decisions.
